Nice people, absolutely terrible service. Got my bike after service two flat truths that they didnt pump up and brakes not set which could of been very dangerous
Unfortunately Mitch passed away, he was a good mechanic, good guy and charged fairly. The new guy, a 19 year old, is not half as good. Will not be going back there under current management.
Outstanding service, my bike rides better than ever before, fixed all the major problems and improved many smaller details, like brakes. Furthermore, my bike was repaired and delivered on the same day, in just several hours time. Great attention to the details and very polite customer service, highly recommended!
The sfaff is lovely and always friendly and helpful. The service is good i am very happy with it! I would recommend to anyone! The prices also are so good compared to other places!
Heard a lot of good things about this bike shop But must have been when the previous owner (sadly now dead) was running the place My experience was not a good one I dropped by to seek advice about my front brake and was advised it required new pads to which I left the bike and was told it would probably be ready next day I waited no update so called them I was then told they was waiting on parts 6 days later no calls so I called them and said I would be collecting my bike to take it elsewhere Astonishing enough it was ready but they had failed to call me Collected my bike the same day The person who allegedly did the work seemed to have forgot what work had been done and said the back brake has been replaced I took the bike anyway and found no difference to when I had left it with them 30.00 lighter No faith No communication And a lost customer Pay cheap you pay twice
