Would rate it 5/5 if they pick up their phone and stick to opening hours. Please hire a receptionist, your spa has great potential, but when you answer the phone every 20 calls, that's bad. I live nearby and call almost daily to try to get an appointment, and I only managed to go twice in three months. No one answers the phone. Please do something about it.
Most probably the most unreliable store. Badly run. Came by on Saturday at 3.45pm; (and it was Closed). Hours on door clearly marked open til 7pm. Checked website which says Open; and called shop - nobody picked up.Unreliable and just terrible seeing that I came from an hours journey to buy 3 items and walked away empty handed! Inexcusable.

My husband and I had a massage at the Westbourne Grove salon today and we both were delighted with the service, the atmosphere, the therapists, the entire experience. I would like to thank the staff for doing such a wonderful job. There was a delay in starting the treatment and we were recompensed by a Decleor gift as well as being given a time slot to reschedule the treatment we didnt have time for. This approach by management was impressive and felt genuine, as though they didnt want us leaving feeling anything less than 100%. We loved it all - thank you so much!
