There is very moody young lady there. The English lady seems nice and welcoming while the Asian like youngish lady needs to be not nice to customers. She does not smile and made me feel very miserable due to her straight face and cold talk.
Didn't have the stickers to send a parcel - useless
I went to post my driving licence and the lady helped me to do it . It was quality customer services that was showed to me , as I left the office I felt very happy and astonished by the service.
Good service I visited out of busy hours so was quick service.
Awful customer service at post office counter. Goods and change chucked at you by a miserable faced at the counter. When challenged no apology I was told to go. Amazing! There are other places buy stamps. Training needed or new staff.
