I have been with Tops Physio for the past 10 months almost immediately after my ACL reconstruction surgery. Throughout this time they've been excellent, giving me new exercises to do on a regular basis and showing me how to do them. They were also always there to advise me on how to handle my recovery and as a student who goes home for the holidays it was incredibly reassuring to feel that I could always get in touch with them with any issues that arise. In fact there was a stage where I thought I had ruptured my knee again and my physio made every effort to see me immediately for a special session and arranged for me to have an MRI scan. I recently had my final session with them and I'm really glad I found them, I can't imagine having gone through my recovery without the physios support!

Really happy with the service from Tops. Had had terrible advice from the NHS whod given me a wrist brace for a thumb injury and two weeks after the injury the pain was getting worse. Booked an appointment with Tops physio not realising I needed to see a hand specialist. But their standard physio saw me anyway and gave me a free once over and strapped me up before referring me to Anne, their hand specialist. Even though Anne was booked up, the team managed to get me a cancellation. Anne was lovely, told me exactly what was wrong and gave me a thumb splint which immediately took the pain away and meant I can use my thumb and the muscles can regenerate to heal, also advised me on rehab etc. Very good service all around from this company. Highly recommended

Not only was everyone friendly but the physiotherapist, Dominic, was especially great: he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it, he was friendly and I really felt like he cared. I also felt like I better understood what was wrong with me at the end of it. If I need a physiotherapist again (hopefully I won't) I'll definitely come back to TOPS Physio.
