Worst dry cleaning ever they ruined my trousers with their treatment to remove one stain, very unprofessional and rude people.
You thought you read the worst reviews before? Hang on:this shop lost my 100 shoes I brought for repair and after 2 months of chasing, they offered nothing but a poor compensation instead. Legal actions are on their way.
I was handing in a package and asked if they wouldn't have a bin to throw out a small bottle I had with me. The gentlemen there said no, that I had to find one outside. I asked again, do you have a bin and he just said no. It is such a small thing but really shows you what service level to expect from these guys. I will not go there for shoe repair or dry cleaning again after this display of rudeness.

Handed in a 3-month-old jacket in which the zip got badly caught in the material and which only got worse by tugging at it (zip handle came off and I ripped some stitching).I got a few quotes in this area but KDC's was a bargain (virtually half price)! This made me a bit suspect because other reviews are bad, but people often review only to complain, not praise.4 days after handing it in I was given back the jacket with a matching quality zip and the rip was stitched back with a matching thread.My only non-notable 'complaint' would be that the pair there are a bit monosyllabic - yet friendly - and the receipt was not accurate of my order (they had keyed in a price describing another service, presumably because they had no preset for my request, but the end result was apt.)Not tried cleaning with them as I could machine wash my jacket at home, but otherwise very happy to recommend. Good quality at reasonable prices.
