Vericose veins treatment gone very wrong. My legs look lot worse after the treatment then they did before the treatement. Photos were taken before the treatment by the surgeon but they seem to have disappeared and staff been totally unhelpful in this matter. The problem has been brought to their attention for over two years now, nothing has happened to resolve the problem because they simply do not acknowledge the problem. They have given me a nightmare. I thought I was going to one of the best hospital.I got a response after my review. I sent an email as requested but now no response.Once again they are simply going by whatever the surgeon had to say andnot really looking into the problem.Where did all my photos go that the surgeon took of my LEGS?
I have just returned from this hospital. Originally I was in a day room. The nursing was efficient and friendly. All my needs were attended to in a professional manner. I decided to stay one night after my op and was moved to St Elizabeth ward to a brand new room. V modern and very grey. Quite dull. Here the nursing was not so proficient . My meds were brought an hour late and the wrong type. I had to remind them to take my BP. Later on in the night a more efficient nurse took over. Otherwise everything else was satisfactory.
I had a very good experience at the hospital of Saint John and Saint Elizabeth. My ENT doctor and anesthesiologist were very professional. The aftercare from the nurses was amazing. They were extremely caring and very helpful. The best care I have received in any hospital. Thank you
Best hospital experience by far.... I have been to some rival private hospitals however I think the Hospital of St Johns an Elizabeth have real understanding of care. I did not feel like a patient on a healthcare carousel. The aftercare was great and I would recommend to everyone I know. Thanks again.
Despite great service and care for the procedure by the nurses and surgeon (who is lovely), the St John and Elizabeth hospital admission (fee) staff are absolutely shameless.Blindsided us into paying a large amount of money as deposit for overnight stay (which we didnt want anyway) only to be told we were getting 250 (out of almost 2k) back for a service we didnt use!We didnt receive a break down of costs (still havent) the promise was we would get back a significant amount of what we had deposited but they cleverly didnt explain clearly what that money was really for.Utterly disgusted!Also Admissions Team, you never called about the fee before the procedure despite many requests to do! Now you want to overcharge us on top of such abysmal service??Wed like a fair refund and for you to stop taking the piss! Of all departments in the hospital Yours is the absolute WORST!Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
