Nice place i had good memories with this store
DO NOT SHOP HERE!! The goods I purchased were faulty, all items. I went back within a week to ask for a refund. They kept on questioning me about 'what is the problem' over and over again. What part of "the goods I purchased from you are faulty, I'd like a full refund please" was not clear. They refused the refund even after I quoted them my consumer rights. The manager started arguing with me and the situation was just very uncomfortable for me. They would only replace the items. In the end I had to take the replacement items. Got home one item broke within a few hours, the plastic backing came off, and the other item is now in the bin as it didn't work either. I had to go to another shop to re purchase the items as I needed them. I am out of pocket. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE! Your consumer rights mean zero to these thieves!
Never buy anything from this shop! Everything is non refundable and they don't mention anywhere at the till, apart from the payment receipt ( when you actually pay). No I do not want store credit! Not too sure in what century this shop thinks they are. Appetantely the store lowers are saying is legal and the staff will follow up regarding my refund, but I think I'll follow mysef how actually legal it is.
Helpful staff, fair prices. Really pleased this shop is in Bayswater/Westbourne Grove. 5/5
I fall in love with a glass container tha was in excibition... I bought it but was falthy as it was leaking... I could not come back to the shop after a week and when I did, the manager was rude to me he said stuff like: they only refund electronics ( I wanted the same item not even my money back)... that it was pass a week (the receipt says after 14 days)... he can not help me... he needed to contact the makers for them to solve it... he is not the owner, he can not give me another one instead otherwise he will lose money (But I can loose mine).I am trying to call the head office... if anybody know... please let me know!
