Ive been going for about 8 years now and have always been treated with respect and care. My whole family now go too. Very good dentists as far Im concerned and would recommend easily.
Have been visiting The Grove Dental Care for the past 10 years. I am extremely happy with treatment provided by the dentists, as time is taken to explain each process and most recently visited the hygienist, who gave me a thorough clean.All staff including reception are always welcoming and polite and the practice is always clean and tidy.

Shambolic - They kept me waiting for my appointment for two weeks then one hour before my appointment was due they leave a message on my mobile saying they referred me to a hospital, which as we know can take weeks for the letter to arrive and months for the admittance. I only found this out when I turned up for my appointment and they tell me I haven't got one. I desperately needed treatment and extraction, not only they leave me in pain waiting for more than a fortnight, they then refer me elsewhere one hour before my appointment. This is totally unacceptable and negligent. I would give them no stars if I could.
Wonderful dental surgery. From making an appointment to the environment, to the doctor and treatment. I'm a scardy-cat, and yet every person there - from receptionists to nurses to doctors- made me feel comfortable and reassured. And Dr Stefan explained everything in such a patient and comprehensive way, the whole experience put me at ease! Thank you all. The treatment and advice was thorough, and painless.
