Will never buy from a Joseph store again. Terrible service with no refund! Feeling absolutely robbed of 800. So, you get to chose between keeping the item or an exchange note valid for 6 months. And being reminded of the unpleasant experience of spending a serious amount of money and feeling tricked every time you wear the garment.
Do not shop here unless you are sure. No refunds only credit note. Very disappointing customer service & totally puts you off the brand
Nice looking clothes and good designs but expensive and very poor quality clothes. Customer service is very unhelpful and take no blame for that their clothes break down in multiple places a month after buying them. I would recommend to avoid this shop based on my experience.
Always really nice luxury brands stocked here. Staff very friendly and helpful. I just think with such a great location they can do so many interesting events and pop ups in store. Could be made into a mini Colette in Paris. As it has the cool local shoppers vibe...
