Unfortunately my last experience here was extremely poor. Having booked an appointment on the 22nd Dec at 12pm and received a confirmation message for that time, I turned up at the salon on time and a lady said to me that my appointment was at 11.45 and that it was therefore not possible to do my brows. I repeated a few times that my appointment was at 12pm and showed her the message. She insisted she could only see me at 2.30pm which of course was not acceptable. Another member of staff intervened and managed to do my brows 15 minutes later but in a rush, which meant that 5 days later my brows were in a terrible shape. This was way below standard for a salon like this and unfortunately it will mean I will not go back, nor can I recommend it.
Went in looking for a one stop shop to do all of my beauty bits in one place. BrowsLashes Spray tans FacialUnfortunately the lady at the desk with the blondish/orange hair was extremely rude. Even when prompted into conversation was imcredibly rude and obnoxious. Felt like i was being looked down on and disregarded. Safe to say i will not be coming here to book any treatments.
Love the atmosfere every time I go in there. Im in love with the collagen wave, staff are very professional and very welcoming. 5 start Im not enoght. I would highly recommend High Definition...
