After having a read online, I realise now, I was given advice which was either misleading or just plain wrong.If you are a small to medium company looking for some sound advice do not hesitate to go in and have a chat with these guys. I will now be saving a lot of hassle doing paperwork which I hate, and be saving a load of money to boot.
